Named after a Roman goddess, Cardea is an opulent speakeasy and entertainment bar lined with red velvet private booths and a glossy white grand piano.  

Cocktails are the star of the show at Cardea, with award-winning master mixologist George Bekarian leading the bar. Bekarian’s passion for enchanting drinks shines through with signatures like the whimsical “Dorothy”, a mix of Pinot Grigio, elderflower liqueur, honey, and aloe vera, served in a tusk-shaped flute.
